I'm Nicholas, originally from Canberra and now based in Camden, NSW. I've been creating tattoos for over a decade, specialising in black & grey realism, colour realism, neo-traditional, Japanese, and blackwork styles.
Over the years, I've built a reputation as one of Sydney's most respected tattoo artists, with more than 2,000 custom pieces to my name. Every tattoo I create is designed from scratch for the individual client.
I'm the senior tattoo artist and manager at Independence Ink in Camden, NSW. I take pride in my attention to detail, professionalism, and my commitment to delivering outstanding results for every client.

The Process
From initial concept to finished tattoo

Consultation
Submit your tattoo idea through the booking form. Nicholas will review your concept, discuss placement and sizing, and provide a personalised quote.

Design
Once booked, Nicholas creates a custom design tailored to your vision. You will have the opportunity to review and refine the artwork before your session.

Tattoo
On the day of your appointment, the design is transferred to your skin and the tattooing begins. Nicholas works with precision and care to bring your piece to life.

Aftercare
Detailed aftercare instructions are provided to ensure proper healing. Nicholas is available for follow-up questions and touch-ups if needed.
